Delivery
Goods are delivered within Estonia to Omniva or Smartpost parcel lockers.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs, and the applicable delivery fee is displayed next to the selected delivery method.
Domestic deliveries generally reach the destination selected by the buyer within 2–4 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. In exceptional circumstances, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement concluded in the Online Store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as would be permitted when examining or testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form and send it by email to ingunakeraamika@gmail.com no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, except where the reason for the return is that the goods do not correspond to the order (for example, the wrong or defective item was delivered).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the sales agreement without delay and no later than within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods that are the subject of the agreement or until the buyer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund any costs exceeding those associated with the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from a sales transaction and request the return of the goods if the price of the goods displayed in the Online Store has, due to an error, been set significantly below the market price of the goods.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time the goods were handed over to the buyer and that becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery. During the first six months following delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time the goods were handed over to the buyer. The Online Store is responsible for rebutting this presumption.
The buyer has the right, upon discovering a defect, to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to the Online Store or by calling +372 535 44754.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods were handed over to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments made under the sales agreement.
The Online Store shall respond to a consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
